Where the money goes*
When you donate to the chapter through the Phi Kappa Tau Foundation your tax deductible contributions help fund educational initiatives for our members. The Foundation's "Chapter Giving" fund for Kansas, has three options:

Kansas CEG
(Chapter Education Grant)
The Kansas CEG is an unrestricted account which may be used to award current year
-
academic scholarships,
-
officer travel reimbursement to leadership conferences and
-
other current educational needs of the chapter.
Housing Campaign Fund
We started a Housing Campaign Fund to meet the educational aspects of a future chapter house.
Cornerstone Endowment
We started a Cornerstone Fund to meet educational costs of future generations. Once $50k+ the money will be invested long term by the Foundation. The earnings will offset educational programing costs of the chapter, brining down the cost of membership. This is a great way to create a long lasting legacy.
* Effective 01/01/25 90% of your donation will go to the chapter and 10% will go to the Foundation's Brotherhood Fund.
Founders Day 2025!
March 17, 1906
Founders Day of Giving has officially begun! From now until the end of March, you can be a part of another historic Founders Day of Giving. This year the Chapter Giving Challenge competition will be based on the number of living members per group. The Foundation will recognize the most donors and dollars raised per grouping by providing a $1,500 grant from the Foundation directly back to local chapters CEG.
